CERC identifies CODESA members in each health area and trains them in citizen monitoring and HealthCheck.
The health committee of the area regularly visits the facilities: reception, costs, medicines, hygiene, staff.
Each problem is described on HealthCheck, checked by CERC and then published; the facility’s management is informed.
The health committee, the facility director, the health zone and the health authorities look for a solution together.
The committee confirms the fix on site: the problem becomes “Resolved”. Successes are displayed as prominently as problems.
